Class runs on Friday, 9am-10am. February dates: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. We do have extra mats, blankets, pillows & blocks as well as water, coffee and tea. However, we encourage you to bring your own mat and water bottle too. See below for info on Nancy and how to sign up for classes!

Join us the 4th Wed/month from 10am-11:30am to relax & renew! Bring a yoga mat - don't have one? We have a couple extras! Enjoy a guided meditation and learn relaxation techniques. Reiki will be offered if desired, along with sound healing. These sessions alone are normally 70.00! Come Renew!

Welcome! This class will run the 3rd Thursday/month from 6pm-8pm. We will be discussing women's issues, healing feminine wounds and create self care routines. Beverages will be provided, feel free to bring a journal or notebook or just yourself! Class is $35.00, sign up to reserve your spot!
