The classes and support groups of 2 Birds Counseling Services, LLC are not intended to treat any medical or mental health issue, that requires the services of a licensed provider. While there are little to no side effects due to participation in the classes or support groups, you may experience, or in the following days, uncomfortable feelings that you may be working through. The facilitators will work to ensure that you experience a safe, comfortable, and pleasing environment. It is important, and whole heartedly welcomed, that you provide feedback as to what your needs are. The facilitators will adjust within their ability and resources available, to ensure your comfort.

By purchasing a ticket, I am acknowledging I have read, and understand the foregoing, and I request to participate in this class or support group. I understand that the facilitators are providing this class or support group at my request, and agree to hold 2 Birds Counseling Services, LLC, and its facilitators, harmless for any intended or unintended result.
