Do you accept insurance? Yes we do! Please see our Insurance & Payment tab for more information.

Do you provide "regular" counseling? Absolutely, we call it traditional evidence based counseling.  We are educated, trained and licensed therapists with a combined 30 years of experience.

Is a cash pay counseling session different than insurance pay? Regardless of payment type, each client receives the same high standard of care in our sessions.  Insurance requires a diagnosis and will cover many evidence based modalities, however it may not cover holistic services should a client desire that.  Cash pay clients do not have that limitation during a session.  Be assured, all clients will receive the highest standard of care.

What if I do not have insurance, and low on cash?  Ethically it is critical to us that you receive services regardless of your income.  Sliding scale is available.  Please talk to one of our therapists and they will work with you or help you find the resources you need.

What forms of payment to you take? We accept cash, card, Venmo, PayPal. No checks please.

What is your stance on race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religions, atheist, agnostic? Billie & Jodette's background includes providing services to the LGBTIQA+ community, as well as gaining experience working in different areas of the U.S. and abroad. We are ordained ministers and trained under an interfaith minister. An interfaith minister is committed to serving all belief systems. It is our mission to ensure every single person who enters our doors, knows they are safe. We are committed to ongoing training and experience, to better serve anyone in need of services.

I don't live close to Wayland, how can I receive services? We offer virtual sessions, also known as telehealth. However, you can utilize virtual sessions even if you live in Wayland.

How do I know if my therapist is a good fit for me? We offer a free 20 minute consultation via telephone. We invite you to share what your needs are, and discover if our services and therapists are the right fit for you.
